Experience:  REO Specialists: Clients include, Brighton Real Estate Services, Washington Mutual, Bankers Trust, Fannie Mae, Bank United, Ryland Mortgage, State Street Bank, Citi Mortgage, EMC, Goodman Dean, Household Finance, Countrywide, Premier Asset Services and 406REO, Inc.

Probate Specialists: In the last 4 years successfully closed over 97 probate/trust sales as the listing agents or the successful bidder’s agent. Clients include attorneys of record, executors, executrixes, paralegals and court appointed administrators.


Senior Sales Managers and REO Directors: Responsible for hiring and training new Real Estate licensees, a job which requires continuous education and awareness of changes in Real Estate practice and law.


Education:  
Real Estate Principles, Property Management, Real Estate Finance & Economics, Principles of Marketing, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Practice, GRI I & GRI II, Quantum Sales Training Undergraduate Studies include: Brown University, Santa Monica City College, and West Los Angeles City College.


Affiliations:  Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Southeast Board of Realtors and Glendale Association of Realtors.
